Mary Anne Gerstner is a co-founder of Law Offices Gerstner & Gerstner established in Chicago in 1992 with Retired Partner, John W. Gerstner, her husband. Mary Anne’s experience includes civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, business transactions, employment matters, and wills and trusts. Mary Anne is also a trained Mediator.

Mary Anne represents clients in State and Federal Courts in civil litigation, including personal injury and business and employment litigation, before administrative agencies, including the Illinois Department of Labor and the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and in mediations and arbitrations, including American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration, American Arbitration Association Employment Arbitration, Uninsured Motorist Arbitration, and more. Mary Anne has represented employers and employees in connection with covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, trade secrets, and employment discrimination. Mary Anne’s corporate and real estate experience includes business law, contracts, and real estate transactions. In the estate planning area, Mary Anne prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
